Time-zone in response history incorrect

Although timestamps are correct throughout the platform, it seems to be displaying a different time-zone within the 'History' dialog of a response.
The 'Time Zone' field correctly displays the correct time-zone as selected in the 'Settings' menu; however, within the 'Date Sent' field and the 'Time' column of the 'Activities' table, time stamps do not align with the selected time-zone. Unfortunately, this results in issues with our audit trail.
I have attached screenshots for reference. The first screenshot ('Sent for Signature' field) displays the correct time stamp with the correct time-zone. The second screenshot ('Date Sent' field) displays an incorrect time-zone. The third screenshot ('Time' column) also displays an incorrect time-zone.
It seems as though some fields are not linked to the time-zone selected in the settings menu.

You can change the timezone from the profile section then it will print it correctly - https://signature.boloforms.com/settings?type=PROFILE

This is not resolved.
As stated in my post, I have already updated to the correct time-zone within the settings. In the attachment within my original post, you can see that my time-zone is correct (highlighted in green). Despite this, the other two fields (highlighted in red) display a different time-zone.
For the purpose of clarity, I have attached another screenshot of the "History" dialog to this response. I have created a new test template and immediately signed it. I have highlighted the fields displaying the correct time-zone in green, and the incorrect time-zone in red. The incorrect time-zones are 5.5 hours behind.
