  • Form Creation Feedback: Implemented a message display indicating "Form is creating..." when the "Create Form" button is clicked. The message remains visible during the form creation process.
  • Improved Signers Section (Mobile View): Enhanced the design and usability of the Signers Section on the create/pdf page for mobile users.
  • Navbar Auto-Close: Fixed the issue where the Navbar remained open when navigating to a new page. It now closes when you click on the link.
  • Import Fields Modal Reload: Corrected the issue causing the modal data to reload twice upon opening.
  • Collaborator Management: After sharing a document with collaborators, the list of collaborators is now displayed in the modal. Additionally, collaborators who already have access to the document are removed from the select dropdown for a cleaner and more intuitive experience.

Users can select multiple events of webhook for pdf documents (viewed, individual signed & signed by all)
Also in webhooks we have added a verification signature in the headers (x-bolosign-signature) to verify the authenticity of the webhook payload!

  • Fixed "Add Fields" dropdown in PDFs and mobile view issues on the "Assigned to Me" page.
  • Added toast notifications for "Clone Form/Template" and a confirmation popup before removing a PDF.
  • Corrected SMS selection logic for recipients when "Sent via SMS" is checked in PDFs.
  • Resolved feature modal issues to ensure proper image display in "Create/PDF View Plans."

  • Improved sharing logic: New documents are no longer added to the shared list when permission is to access all documents. When shared via forms, PDFs, templates, or copied forms/templates by collaborators.
  • Fields fix The field status updates correctly, changing from red to normal once the field is filled.
  • Default currency option: A default currency setting was added on the Products page.
  • Enhanced Template Responses: The dropdown in Template Responses has been updated with a newly designed dropdown and Modals for Deleting and Voiding Responses.

    We’ve heard your feedback! Now, an updated field list is available for every page in the PDF/Template editor, making it easier than ever to customize and review your documents with precision.
  4. QR Code for Form Links:
    Simplify sharing with QR codes! Now you can generate a QR code for any form link. Just share the code, and users can access your form instantly by scanning it.
  5. New Rating Question Type:
    Introducing a new
    Rating
    question type for forms. This lets respondents quickly provide feedback on a scale, making it perfect for surveys, evaluations, and more.
